Prospective Students
Please take a moment and fill out a prospective student form and include any specific questions that you have about the program.
Any K-State Student can participate in the choral department. If you are a prospective music major, you'll need to schedule an audition for acceptance into the School of Music, Theatre, and Dance. Music major audition days are held on specific Saturdays in February and March. Please contact Ms. Teri Bremeyer (785) 532-3800 or e-mail mus@ksu.edu to schedule an audition.

Choir Placement
Concert Choir and Collegiate Chorale: auditions for all new students take place during the first two days of the fall semester. A sign-up sheet will be posted outside 229 McCain one week before school begins. Students should bring a solo (art song, aria, folk song - HS solo contest music is appropriate) if possible.
For the spring semester, auditions are made by appointment. Please contact us to schedule an audition.
K-State Singers holds auditions in the Spring semester for the following Fall/Spring academic year. Occasionally, additional auditions may be held in the first week of the Fall semester.
In-A-Chord will announce audition information within the first two weeks of classes.
Men's Choir and Women's Choir are non-auditioned; you can simply add the class.
Collegium Musicum please contact Thomas Bell (director) for information regarding joining the ensemble.
