                                        Danielle Cornacchio

                                        Danielle Cornacchio received a Bachelor of Music Education from The Crane School of Music at The State University of New York at Potsdam in 2007 with a secondary concentration in Vocal Performance.  At Kansas State University, she is earning her MM with a concentration in both Choral Conducting and Vocal Performance.  Prior to coming to Kansas State, Danielle was Director of Choirs at Minisink Valley Middle School in Slate Hill, NY where her choirs were frequently recognized with superior ratings at New York State School Music Association Ensemble Festivals.  She was also a member of the Middletown Concert Chorale in Middletown, NY where she served as both a choir member and soprano soloist

                                        During her undergraduate career, Danielle was an active performer holding various roles with the Crane Opera Ensemble, appearing as the soprano soloist in Vesperae Solennes de Confessore by Mozart and Gloria by Poulenc, and performing her own personal recitals. She was also an active conductor, leading the Sigma Alpha Iota Musicale in the Spring of 2006, and acting as the choral director of the Clarkson Golden Knotes (an a cappella ensemble at Clarkson University.)  Danielle was also a member of the Crane Concert Choir, The Potsdam Community Choir, and the A Sharps-- an all female a cappella group. At the completion of her study at Crane, Danielle was honored with the College Honor Award for outstanding musicianship and scholarship. She is currently a member of ACDA, MENC, NYSSMA and Sigma Alpha Iota. 

                                        Joo yeon, Hwang 

                                        Joo yeon received a Bachelor of composition from Chung-Ang University (South Korea)  in 2008 with a specialized concentration in Choral Conducting. During undergraduate career, she did many activities; composing six variations for piano based on hymn 13 composed by L.V. Beethoven and performing in CAU art center in 2004, conducting for CAU choir club in 2006, composing SATB chorus "Sangjoega" for 20th creative work music recital and conducting it in an Yung-san art hall in 2006., conducting for church choir in CAU church in 2007, performing guest appearance in Gwa-cheon city women's choir invitation concert in 2008. She awarded first prize and leadership award in vocal ensemble of praise contest for church youth choir in 2007. At the end of a Bachelor school year, she graduated at the top of her major.
